FAQ Answers



1. The Service is crystal clear, there is no static, hums, buzzes, echoes or any delays.  As for your reception and/or quality of service form your phone provider, that's up to them. Return To Questions

2. Seconds, that's it.  Once you hand-up or disconnected after you call the access number, the system starts dialing you right away.  Just make sure you still have a good signal or that your in a good coverage area.

3. Yes!!  We offer a 3 Day Free Trail Period on all our plans when you subscribe. Return To Questions

4. No. During the 3 day trial period or 72 hours you will not be billed or charged.  Only after you are satisfied with the service and after the duration of the trial period will you be charged the regular monthly rate depending on the package you have selected. Please note that if you DO NOT Cancel the subscription Only during the trial period, and billing commence no refund will or can be issued for the first month of service.

5. All the Trial Periods are valid for three (3) days or seventy two (72) hours form activation.  You will not get billed during the trial period only if you choose to not cancel your subscription will regular monthly billing commence

6. When you are satisfied with the SaveCellUnlimited service and wish to continue, there is no need to do anything on your part, as all billing will start automatically after the 3 day trial period.  If you cancel before the end of your trial period you will not get billed.  However keep in mind that if you do not cancel your subscription before the end of your trial period and are billed no refund will or can be issued for the first month of service.

8. No. Remember that it does not matter what the access number is, because you will always get a busy signal and the call will not be completed, therefore, you will not be charged for that attempt. Just keep in mind, that your provider may still charge you roaming fees and/or long distance fees when the system calls you back. Please check with your provider. We NEVER recommend that you make calls outside of your calling area.

9. No you won't!!  When you call the access number will receive a busy signal and that's always FREE, cellular providers don't charge for a busy signal.

10.It is important to have "Unlimited Incoming" from your provider on your cellular phone, because any incoming call will not get charged.  We make your outgoing calls unlimited through this feature

11. Here is how SaveCellUnlimited.com works"

1. Dial the access number (response busy signal), hang up and wait for the call back.

2. Once you receive the call back, enter the phone number you wish to call. Wait for SaveCellUnlimited to connect the call for you. Now SaveCellUnlimited calls your friend, it is incoming for both of you.  you can enjoy unlimited calls with SaveCellUnlimited Cell Phone Callback. (Note: Never press the SEND or # of your cell phone key after entering the number that you with to call) Return To Questions

13. Yes.  Purchase the Package you want and you can print the confirmation page, and give it to anyone you wish.  Keep in mind that each subscription is only good with the number you entered when ordering.

14. Currently as long as your cell phone supports the sending of tones, the answer is Yes.  These are some of the brand that support the use of the phone book when making calls through SaveCellUnlimited callback service: Nokia, Motorola, Iphone.

15. Usually the problem is that you have not remove/turned off the Privacy/Call Block settings on you phone.  Remove/turn off the Privacy/Call Block setting, as when you place a call our system must be able to recognize your cell number for verification. If your call shows Private Number or Unavailable, the system will not be able to verify the call.  If you are not sure how to remove/turn off the Privacy/Call Block, contact your provider and ask them, how you can unblock your cell number.

16. No!!  For best result and for best benefits from our service, you MUST have Unlimited Incoming all the time on your plan or "Pay as You Go" service.  Contact your provider to verify that you have Unlimited Incoming on your Cell Phone.

17. Just keep in mind that when you receive a call back within you local calling area, there is no charge.  However if you are outside your local area, your cellular service provider may charge you long distance fees.  Remember you will continue to pay for you monthly plan or "Pay as You Go" minutes as per your agreement with your provider.  Any roaming or long distance charges through your contract or agreement will also be billed by your cellular provider.  However, all the calls you place using SaveCellUnlimited.com will appear to your cellular provider as incoming calls and you will not be charged for them. Please check with your cellular service provider to find out more about fees outside of your calling area.

18. When you fist activate your phone with us, your cellular number will be registered on our system.  When you call the CallBack number, our system will verify and will recognize your cellular number and call you back.  Just remember that your number is not private of blocked as our system will not be able to verify or recognize your number and will not call you back.  See question 11.

21. YES!!  There is no need to switch carriers/providers, SaveCellUnlimited.com works with all cellular carries/providers.  Keep in mind that you need to have Unlimited Incoming as part of your plan or "Pay As You Go" package.
